I started doing the first exercise shown in this video, simply because it caused a nice pain. I just finished a game, and was amazed at how loose my upper back felt, and how easy it was for me to breath tonight. I can attribute it to the first exercise shown in this video, because I haven’t made any other changes. If you have tight shoulders, upper back, or have a hard time breathing, give this a try!
